The iPhone 5S is expected to build on the same design as the 5 with an improved camera, dual-flash, a bigger battery, a faster processor, a finger-print scanner, and possibly new colors. The low-cost iPhone is expected to mimic many of the features already found in the iPhone 5 such as a 4in retina screen, 8mp camera with flash, and an A6 processor. Unlike the 5, the low-cost iPhone will have a slightly thicker polycarbonate casing in order to bring down manufacturing costs.

I hope this is fake, those colors really are atrocious and there's no need for them to make a low cost iPhone. I'd rather buy a 4S or 4 (if I had to) over that tacky thing.
