This is what's called a "toxic" behaviour and most online businesses eliminate users like that for the benefit of the rest. I was part of a game where the management decided to get rid of about 1% of those "toxic" members. We are talking about tens of thousands of members being permabanned on the spot, yet ATRL can't do the same for just a few of its worst trolls who do nothing but terrorize other members?
The warning system is not enough for that as bans are easily avoided and being permabanned is nearly impossible by accumulating those points.

Nicole, her post are 90% celeb based.
She throws some shade here and there(like the rest of us), but for the most part its on point and ontopic.
The shade is very subtle and not everyone catches it, unless you're on the receiving end of it. I think, if people have a problem with certain things, or they feel "bullied" they should remove themselves from that situation.
