After listening to the auditions I will have to make the list of the people from the auditions I want on my team, we make sure we list them according to priority, just in case more than 6 people from this batch want to be in your team only the first 6 will be chosen. Choosing a contestant or putting him in your list is the equivalent of hitting your button, "turning around", or saying "I want you!". If I'm the only one who wanted that performer I get him/her. If other judges want him/her, then the contestants chooses with judges wants. Easy, right?
