Up until the point the child can survive outside the womb on it's own I see no issue with abortion as it is not really alive at that point, but after the point where it can be born and live a healthy life abortion becomes wrong.
Do elaborate. Are you insinuating that women can't do whatever they want with their bodies?
A child is not her body, so by this logic she shouldn't be allowed to get rid of it. I'm not criticising you, just saying a little clarity doesn't hurt.
I believe that there are definitely situations where an abortion should be performed. Such as cases with rape, incest, the baby could harm the mother, the child is expected to have numerous health problems or the mother/parents cannot provide a safe environment for the child.
I do not, however, think people who don't use protection and have the means to carry/raise a child should have an abortion.
But I also think no matter the circumstance the mother has a right to choose. I don't let my personal opinions get in the way of someone else's rights and I also would never hold it against somebody for having an abortion. Unless of course they're bragging about it and just a totally irresponsible ****.
