Well i think she looks great! I would hate for her to preach about Body Image and how is OK to look how you look then turn around and get Plastic Surgery. That would make her look like a complete hypocrite.

Damn, if you go to the gym and have a skinny body, you can appreciate that her arms are awesome, they look toned and strong, you just cannot achieve that in a few weeks or months.
