Anybody who knows anything about corporate business knows it's too risky to revenue to have your brand associated with someone who's receiving negative press, so of course they're dropping her. The same way Adidas dropped Rick Ross after what he said was making headlines in the press.

This is a good point that I haven't seen enough people point out. One thing I would argue is that I wouldn't say it's JUST because of the risk factor, though it's part of it. It's also something of a domino effect, too. Once Walmart dropped her, the other big names fell in line. I don't really think that it's a coincidence that Target followed Walmart in dropping Paula.
I will say this: I don't feel BAD for her, really. If what is being said about her restaurant antics is true, then she deserves reprimanding and backlash. I would say that it's a BIT much, but she's probably more popular than ever with her biggest supporters after this, so I'm sure she won't be homeless after this. But I keep telling you guys, this is going to lead to death threats, if it hasn't already. That's when we will all know that this backlash has gone too far.
