Im tryin to make a Animated Avatar ands everytime i open the video its white ut doesnt show the video!!! I TRIED CONVERTING 3 DIFFERENT TIMES

1 - AVI
2- MPEG 2
3 - MPEG 4

and it didnt work it would open up but it would open up WHITE??

Has it happened to anyone of u guys?

Does the video you're using require a plug-in (like Divx) to play? That could be the cause of your problem.

I wouldn't use anything from youtube. The quality is horrible and the conversion process of FLV to AVI doesn't always work (might be why you got only white).
You should try downloading it from another source. Like this one:
