Adele is a natural blonde. She said in an interview that when she dyed her hair once, it screwed up her hair follicles and stained them the ginger color she has.
Her son's hair will likely change as he gets older. Most babies born with ginger hair don't keep it. He'll either be a brunette or a blonde as he gets older.
EDIT: Adele really needs to invest in a hair brush and some nicer clothing. I get she gives no ****s but at least put a little effort into it. lol
