Don't let me ruin me
I may need a chaperon
Seek me out, look at, look at, look at, look at me
I'm all the fishes in the sea
Break me off, give me, give me, give me
What yo got in your mind, in the middle of the night.
The way her voice breaks, the urgency and the passion. One of the highlights of that fantastic album for sure.
“Arch & Point” is a fan favorite that we were all raving over as it also appeared on Miguel's ARC Dealer Chic. EP months before the LP. It's a sex ballad in case you didn't know (you knew) and it leads us off to the most out-there track on the album "***** Is Mine". "Arch & Point" is a deserving stand out but now that it's out will "Adorn" even see the top 5?
The stans will NOT be pleased with #8's departure.
"Oblivion" has really catchy and simple synth hook. Boucher sings in a high-pitched Japanese style voice. The melody is so fun and light that you wouldn't recognize that this is actually a woman empowerment type of track and that the topic at hand is about the assault Boucher experienced when she was 18. The reception was obviously well until you know... "Oblivion" is Grimes' last and was her last chance for the win.
