The problem with her is that she doesn't realize the stuff she says or does could impact people in a negative way. You had the diabetes situation and now this. That video where she said "meet my black my friend, if you could see him" IN HER HEAD she thought she did not say anything wrong. She doesn't realize the stuff she says could come out the wrong way.

That is more than enough for companies to want to disassociate from her. If people think anything different, it's a shame that people don't have a problem with racism. Some people are fine with discrimination -- as long as they aren't the targets.

The rest of the things I typed aren't "hearsay", they are allegations made by employees. Paula admitted to her family members using the n word as well which is racist. At work, discrimination is against the law.
