Hire new moderators. Half of the current ones are so biased and abuse their powers on a constant basis. Moderators shouldn't get to break the rules without consequence, yet keep their title as a moderator. And the fact that inappropriate flamebait threads will stay open for 12+ hours shows how non reliable they are.
