But I think Miley's is more of a "record breaking MV" because it's very outlandish for Miley and we finally get to see her new image translate to video. Kinda like.. Christina's Dirrty.
For Rihanna the video would just be like her instagram come to life...
It would have been bigger cus she would have had urban radio support on top of a top40 & rhythmic .
As for the video a lot of it were thanks to link from urban blogs trashing Miley for trying to be black.
Just look at the comments & ratings on YouTube.
It would hit number one, if it was a lead or second single. The music video (whatever she decided to do) would be controversial for a couple of days, but people would warm up to it. Would it become her biggest hit? No, definitely not. But I could see Rihanna doing 1-3 weeks at #1 with it.
