Wasn't YR really late though? She always promises stuff and never delivers on time. I kinda hope her activity on Twitter is at least building up to a release soon.

To answer your question, they were released far apart because her label want to have 3 singles out WW before the album release (1 single in the U.S), UK singles move a lot quicker than the rest of the world, that's why it's coming out later in the UK.
