Yeah, apparently albums with no covers (or with only stickers on them) aren't allowed to chart. So I guess either a) that wasn't a rule after all, or b) they changed the rule.

I dunno, this is the first I'm hearing of it and after a quick Google search I can't find any reports of that ever being a thing. I guess it was just a rumor.
