I doubt that Jay-Z saying the word "bitch" would have been a major hurdle... Kurt would have allowed this and I guess that's why Courtney did too. If he considered rap a vital form of music, then as long as the song was respectable, he would have appreciated the sentiment and allowed it. It's not like Public Enemy never degraded women.
