As you look in the video she stopped the rehearsal. Some say she suffered a panic attack or she felt vertigo. She was probably scared to go back to the stage after a few months and she was probably not confident enough after losing so much weight.
But she looked perfect. At the end it was a good performance.
I can't imagine being on that dinky little platform so high up without any protection AND wearing 5" heels. Like you already feel wobbly just with the heels themselves, never mind being hoisted in the air. Imagine holding yourself up there with one hand, probably a sweaty hand, and if she breathes in too deeply aka any physical shifting of her body, she risks becoming even more unbalanced. I can only imagine the headlines if she had fallen off "X comes out crunk and falls off a platform due to the pressure of being in Shakira's presence".
All she said was - "Alright. Thank You. Stop, stop." So they could start over.
