Please stop talking about "deserving" a star, your team or fan club puts in the application after you have been in the show biz for more than 5 years, pays the 20-30 thousand and you'll get it.
People who are allegedly more "deserving" and haven't gotten it are just lazy and haven't done any of the **** that is actually required to get one. Go Katy for taking the proper measures and not just assuming you'll get one, you have to work for it which she clearly has.

It was a link to an article that only listed her name at the very bottom. She wasn't mentioned in the headline. People didn't bother to read through the whole thing.
