The Miguel/Mariah shade is very stale and old, he deserves a point for that alone. Not to mention it is flamebait - fishing to start an argument by bringing up that stale and old shade. And if he got 9 WP's in 4 days, clearly reversing that WP wouldn't have done anything since he'd get another one anyways.

Well, Gaga is one of the highest-selling, highest-grossing, and most awarded artists of our time. Katy has seven #1 singles. See the difference? It's not farfetched to say Katy doesn't deserve it. Katy's only accomplishment is her #1 singles, while her album sales, tour gross, and overall achievements are continuously bested by her contemporaries.
It's not odd that Rihanna and Gaga don't have one. If they wanted one, all they'd have to do is pay for it like Katy. Katy's new era is coming up, so they need something to make her seem bigger than she actually is. It's the same reason she's buying followers on Twitter. Some artists have the Grammys, accolades, and various other achievements so they don't feel like they need to be validated by a Star in which you have to pay to get. They're fine with receiving awards given to them for being good and not because they paid.
It's going to be embarrassing when her next album doesn't sell as much as TD despite her being so legendary and having a star on the WoF.
