I started reading this thread and was ready to give some sickening advice.
He's married gyal, there are a lot of "straight" men who like having sex with men. I think it's very common for young boys to experiment and I think a lot of them still like playing sometimes. OR he very well could be a gay man too scared to admit it, it's a rough life.
So either way it's not good, you'll get your heart broken or he could be upset with you because he's so insecure and afraid.
But use your intuition and feel out the situation, we don't know his character or how he acts or looks, his mannerisms, the way he looks at you. I'd have to see footage before I'd tell you to make a move.
