it's too late. at this point there's 2 months left. no single, no video, no promotion, no title, no nothing. geffen is screwing her over.

I fully admit that I used to be a fan of Britney. Am I still interested in her? Somewhat. I would love to see her get her life together. That's what I am concerned about. At least Lindsay Lohan is doing the right thing and spending some extended time in rehab. I hope it works out for Lindsay and I hope Britney follows Lindsay's lead.

It's obvious Britney needs help. The things she has done over the past year or two isn't normal. People that really care for their kids and really want to keep their kids don't act like she did. When a judge orders you to do things, if you want to get your kids back you get them done ASAP, you don't wait until the last minute. It's like when I went to court over a simple traffic ticket. I tried to appeal it and I lost my case and had to pay the ticket. The judge asked me if I wanted extra time to pay the ticket. I told him no and I wrote the check out right there. I wanted to be done with it and not have to worry about anything.

That's what responsible people do. I would rather pay the $50 for the ticket then to postpone it and then tell the judge I thought you gave me 2 months instead of one month. Britney should have complied with the orders immediately. Of course I guess you don't feel like taking a drug test after you just have taken drugs!!

You see, I never have posted phony articles. I have posted articles that have been outdated and I didn't know they were outdated when I posted them. Granted the article turned out to be speculation and the speculation was wrong. But in the end it actually turned out to be true...Britney did eventually lose custody.

I was listening to Fox News this morning and they had a former CA prosecutor on and she said in California they NEVER take the kids away from the mother unless it's something serious. She said she has seen abusive mothers and drug addict mothers get custody of their kids. She said for Britney to lose custody is big and it's not good for Britney because it means the judge thinks Britney is an unfit mother and she will have a hard time getting the kids back.

I think the only way she will get her kids back is if she does go into rehab for an extended period of time and takes it seriously. I hope she does this. I could care less about her music career at this point. Even if she sells 10 million albums in a week it's not going to help her get her life back together. If anything it will just be more money for K-Fed to get to help take care of the kids.

I am concerned with Britney the person, not Britney the singer. Right now she is a mess and even if she has wild sales if she tries to go out on tour in the condition she is in she will make a fool of herself and then her career really will be over because no one will ever take her serious if she keeps having performances like the VMAs. Would you pay $75-$100 or more for a performance like the VMA's? I wouldn't and no sane person would.

Now, back to Ashlee...

We have a rumored title but nothing official and no single. I predict another delay and most likely it will be delayed until spring.

the only thing "wrong" with Britney is her irresponsibility. bottom line. she's young and stupid and needs to realize that. but don't dare compare her to Lindsay as we all know that is impossible.

Her actions say otherwise. I mean come on...judges don't order drug tests because there is nothing wrong. Britney has a history of drug and alcohol abuse. Why do you think Britney was ordered to do drug testing and K-Fed wasn't?

^Because of the allegations of the ex-bodyguard. Because of what he said, and from her behavior, the judge did it to give her a chance to prove she's not on them. unfortunately she sleeps through the first two meetings and isn't home when they came to do it at her house.

and it doesn't have to be drugs. she could have some kind of mental illness, like you've claimed before. bipolar disease is one. which is why she's having a monitered visitation deal because of that. she might be crazy i don't know. but because i don't know exactly from my eyes or from a video or something about her private life i try not to guess or allege but i go by what the courts are saying and what i know about the courts.

At this point I don't think you will see more Ashlee news until you hear her album is delayed until at least the spring. Which hopefully means she will make a new album.

Of course I could be wrong but if she stays with the December release of the same album it will flop if nothing more than for lack of promotion.

^I'm totally sure Ashlee won't delayed this album!, and it won't flop because she is working hard, I prefer a new sound than the f'cking boring same sound and all the people loves Autobiography but I'm sure if Ashlee comeback with this sound she will flop more.

anyways Darryl's right, it's too late to keep the same December date. We should at least have video pics of her on the set of a music video AT LEAST.

Same sounds is boring see Mariah, and look Nelly with Folklore and Kelly with My December, JoJo with The High Road, people want other way, other sound and of course sex sell more, I think the single will be out this week or next and the album will be delayed to January but not for spring.. and she won't be slowly forgotten because she's a superstar if Jessica is not forgotten with 2 flops album, I don't think Ashlee will be slowly forgotten more faster than her. Well I will see, maybe the video will changing the world's mind maybe not, but who knows.

Well, if she does go back and do a completely different album she could save herself from flopping. But if she comes out with this album with songs that sound like the 2 leaked songs she will be in trouble. At least half of Ashlee's fans hate the new sound. It's true the other half love the new sound but losing about half your fan base isn't a way to make a hit album...especially when her fan base wasn't that big to begin with. She needs to make an album that all her current fans will like (ie. guitar based rock/pop songs) along with making new fans. The sound she has on her two leaked songs will fail miserably.

Does anyone think Ashlee's new sound is the reason some of her band members are quitting? I mean if you are a rock musician you don't want to play the crap Ashlee is doing on her new album.
