I don't see how Gaga is losing stans Her concert, if anything, proves that she has more fans than any other solo female pop act sans Madonna.
Stans and Hot 100 are not equal terms. She's lost her appeal with the general public (North America mostly it seems) it seems. I'm guessing ARTPOP will try to get them back.
Back when she was in The Fame era yes, right now no she burned so many bridges she is beyond annoying and she is not longer "cool" to like. Rihanna stole her spot WW and Katy did in the USA she is not as big as many of you think.
But she is losing many many more stans left and right. So it all worked out.

Ha. That's just a small price to pay, and she's not losing that many. I can't with this 'stealing stans' BS anymore. Gaga still has a wide spectrum of fans/stans/listeners all over the world & then some outside of atrl. So what if Rih and Katy are dominating at the moment? Nope, most Gaga fans are clearly new to the pop culture world otherwise they wouldn't be so sure about everyone being inspired by Gaga with every move they make. Though I'd say a majority of the ones who were pop fans prior to Gaga would've been Britney fans.
Not too much Beyoncé fans. They basically only used Gaga because of the Videophone/Telephone collaboration and the whole my faves are dominating together in 2009 thing.
As a Beyonce stan, Gaga didn't steal me. I don't know for the rest of the Hive or Brit and Xtina's fans.
I was not into this EDM trend at all. I started liking her when she sang Born This Way a cappella, because I think the electro music outshines her voices.
