It's good that she has a Target exclusive edition because there is a possibility there may be a commercial for the album.
Sorry to give your hopes up, but there is a 50/50 chance it may or may not. Some albums had a Target Exclusive but wasn't a commercial with it. But it depends how Epic settles it with Target.

Samsung is said to have purchased 1 millions of his albums @ 5$ each to give to their mobile customers. Whether or not that counts to his 1st week is unknown, but I'm sure his 2nd & 3rd weeks sales will overshadow Ci's 1st.
