Not here for Rosalina.

Rosalina is a Nintendo staple now, so you may as well get used to her. They could have easily completely abandoned her after Super Mario Galaxy 2 and yet she's made appearances in Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7.

At first I thought Daisy would just be a Peach clone, but I think Daisy could have a completely different moveset. As for me including Bayonetta in my dream-roster, it makes a lot of sense because Bayonetta 2 is strictly a Wii U exclusive.

I can't imagine Ice Climbers or Captain Falcon returning. I've never seen anyone claim either of them as their favorite or main fighter and I think Nintendo is aware of that fact.

Captain falcon will def return, he is the star of his franchise (even though it isn't exactly a prominent franchise at the moment)

Ice climbers will probably stay because of their unique fighting style and the fact that they represent the oldschool Nintendo generation.

I don't see them adding any more mario characters given the fact that mario is the most represented franchise in the smash series...if they DO add a character, I can't help but feel as though toad would get priority over daisy or rosalina. Daisy has always been a non-canon mario character (even though there is barely a canon for mario), and rosalina was prominent in galaxy but she is still relatively overshadowed by some of the veteran mario characters.

I always considered Brawl to have 37 characters. While Zelda/Sheik and Samus/Zero Suit Samus could be played as separate characters for the entire duration of a match, the Pokemon Trainer sort of forced you to play as all three.

Ice Climbers is one of the most common characters used along with falcon

No characters that were in melee are going to be taken out.

If they're going to give us a toon link esque character, I'd prefer it if they replaced toon link with "classic link" or a link that is more reminiscent of the first two NES titles or link to the past

i would really love if they add another fighting style. or make more interactive stages, the ones they add in brawl when you have to constantly move are amazing, i hope they have worked in those stages.

It'd be lovely if instead of another sword user character from Fire Emblem, they add a magic user. I'm certain will get Chrom though, since FE Awakening is their most successful game outside of Japan.

They could always pull a Dr. Mario and have Daisy represent the Mario Sports franchise and base her move set around her moves in those games, specially to make her a less Peach-like clone.

Then they could add Luigi as his own franchise, similar to what they did for Wario and Yoshi, and add in Rosalina or Toad, so there is always possibilities.

I agree though, I'd rather not have the game be over filled with Mario characters, even if they fill it with loop-holes.

Boo would definetely add a unique moves set to the roster.

i can imagine all the possibilities with him. i think it's the only one from mario i would like to have taken in.
Also palutena would be awesome, but that would force them to change pit's special move i think.

This makes perfect sense as daisy's first playable game was mario tennis. Tennis based moves would be good. I would prefer Toad and birdo over daisy though.

And waluigi better not be in the game.
