It can also be interpreted as white people are lazy. That's how I saw it at first But still though, it's pretty stupid.
Right? They look pretty lazy just standing around doing nothing watching their coworker do all the work. And she didn't know she was the butt of the joke. Too busy doing her job and getting those coins.
They probably didn't think this was a big deal, too.
