Having heard lots about this event, Musicalize I could finally go to this one and what a lineup that was in store, The Boxettes, Lady Leshurr, M.O, Little Nikki and on top of that, US superstar Ciara.
Before the main act came on DJ KC came on and played some classics in front of a lot of her fans who came out to see her. With seamless mixes between records it was the perfect antidote before Ciara came out onto the stage.
Moon walking onto the stage and doing a Michael Jackson tribute was enough to get the crowd screaming and going wild for the main act of the evening Ciara!!! This was only the beginning of the dancing with a high tempo set that was more like an aerobics lesson with the quick paced dancing and the way she moved around the stage left the crowd breathless in itself.
Playing hit after hit it was amazing to hear her early classics being played, ‘Goodies,’ ’1,2 Step’ and ‘Oh‘ while playing her more up to date tracks including her latest track with Nicki Minaj ‘I’m Out’ and ‘Body Party.’
During her track ‘Work‘ she got a few of her energetic fans who wanted to put their dancing skills to the test and put on a show for the crowd! When they got on the stage they didn’t let themselves down and the first man in particular put on a show that got the crowd jumping and cheering him on.
Ciara put on one hell of a show for her UK fans and she seemed really grateful for them all coming out while thanking them. A big shout out to all the Musicalize family for organising such a wonderful event that ran smoothly and efficiently with all the fans seemingly happy with the way everything went.
