Beyoncé as a person is pretty global and she's also very respected. Beyonce is most of the time is seen as a positive role model. She portrays herself to be the perfect woman ( and she is ). Well spoken, beautiful, a great performer, down to earth and is happily married with a child etc. She is on the safe side, That's why she's booking this commercial jobs ( like Pepsi, H&M, l'oreal etc) and doing very well sales wise.
Edit - People who take more risk with their life and music book more high end fashion stuff ( like Rihanna for armani, jennifer lawrence for Dior, Jlo for LV, Chanel etc etc).

No, she's booking all these deals, because she very marketable, ppl are drawn to her, the name Beyoncé sells. & far as risk she does plenty i.e Bow Down which none of those u named wouldn't dare to release, she knows where to draw the line. When others go right she goes left she doesn't follow the trend/or if she does it won't sound like the others on the radio, like the other acts u speak of and that my dear wouldn't be a "risk" following what's already out. & far as "real life" I won't even address because that's just dumb. FYI, Beyonce did Armani in 2007.
