GAGA Sued By French Artist For Plagiarism ($31.5 Million)

French artist ORLAN, well-known for using her body as a tool for her art, is suing Lady Gaga for plagiarism, saying the singer has counterfeited THREE (3) of her works through her Born This Way tour and in her Born This Way video.
One of Gaga’s thefts – the idea of wearing face implants that ORLAN infamously got through a surgery-performance in the 90s.
Another, the 1996 installation “Woman with head“, that has apparently been “copied” by Gaga through one of the BTW video sequences.
ORLAN is seeking for $31.5 million in damages. Ouch.
Of course she is going to lose since Gaga mentioned a million times that the implants look was imspired by her good friends Lee Mcqueen's Atlantis collection. Idek how that bitch came up with that lawsuit after 2 years
Who knows, some clinic might be paying her to draw attention to the implants The only thing I see Gaga losing is the head thing, but even the chance of that happening is really small I think

What, how in the hell do you copyright a CONCEPT? So now anyone who uses the concept of a disembodied head is in threat of a lawsuit from this person? Surely this concept was used long before this French artist
