Gurl, a referendum for civil rights/human rights is entirely different from a referendum whether they can or cannot build a building

You cannot put a vote on whether you can beat women, you can have people vote in favour of or against a building
the judge ruled he cannot build and he had a meeting with the protesters last night and he promised a referendum if he wins the next case and he is allowed to build...
