Confidence is about belief in something (anything)... it's synonymous with Faith.

As far as self-confidence is concerned, no, you can't have too much, and it's infinity more attractive than a lack of it.

Arrogance & cockiness are entirely different though, and more often plague people with massive underlying insecurities (lack of self-confidence) in their subconscious need for some kind of validation.
