Same. I played with barbies allll the time and never thought about her shape or felt pressured to look exactly like her.

It's sad.

It is disgusting and just ridiculous. Like honestly, since when is she fat? I just can't sometimes with the ignorant trash here and I hope to god that age (or something, because time is not necessarily a guarantee for maturity) does some of y'all good because your messy, insecure selves will stay needing a good kick in the ass otherwise, to be honest.

I don't think its a good idea.

Its not like Demi is obese so any changes made to the Barbie would barely be noticeable .

I wouldn't like that. I love the shape of barbie dolls, any thinner/bigger would just look awkward.

I am torn tbh. Positive role models may be important but maybe people should try to teach kids that you should not try to be like dolls, pop stars, fashion models etc. Those are not meant to teach us how to be.

All of us are stylized to role models in everyday life, on the street, everywhere where children see us, for example crossing a street while red lights etc.

obviously there wouldn't be some huge difference but the message is what counts..
