If the songs you hate don't belong on the TRL c/d, then why would it be on the voting list? If they're unpopular, then who the hell voted for them?
Just face it. No matter how bad hip hop can be, it has fans. Get a life, stop blaming the damn host for the songs being on TRL, and start realizing that people like those songs.
