I think I want to stop stanning.
With that said, let me clarify: I don't mean like Nicole or the rest of the ship jumpers, I mean stanning in general,
as it is stereotyped on ATRL. I love pop music, the artists who make it, and I love watching their performance in the industry. I love the statistics involved, the imagery of the videos, and above all the actual music.
However, I hate the conflict, the negativity, and the trolling. So, I'm going to try to distance myself from that as much as possible. I'm staying as far away from SYG as possible, that's a fact you can count on. I'm also probably going to avoid threads here that are made with conflict in mind, and I'm probably going to leave threads that develop conflicts. I'm not made for conflict and hatred; hell, I'm playing a song right now from the goddamn Smurfs 2 soundtrack, that alone should say something!
That said - and this is why I posted this here in the Gaga base - I love the other social aspects of stanning, and that's really why I joined ATRL. Gaga is, as she always has been and will be, my biggest fave, and I appreciate the Monsters a lot, especially the ones in here.
So no, I'm not quitting ATRL, Gaga, or this thread, I just felt that I needed to get this all off my chest and you guys were the best people to talk to!
