Katy isn't wierd. She's cute; Gaga is a little weird, but doesn't try; Xtina doesn't try ding anything, so therefore she doesn't try being weird; Miley isn't weird; Taylor isn't weird.
So none of them try to be something they're not. Gaga is the weirdest though.

After the Born This Way era, I got to realise that Gaga doesn't TRY to be weird,
she is just naturally a weirdo. Katy Perry on the other hand looks like a
pretty and normal girl, but she does those weird things sometimes
which doesn't really fit her personality.
So I'd say Katy TRIES to be weird.

I don't see how Xtina and P!nk are weird.
Miley just evolved into a rebel which is normal at her age.
Taylor is awkward, not weird.

Legend X has never tried to be weird. She changes her looks from era to era or to fit a theme for her music videos, but doesn't wear costumes out on the streets to get attention. I can't say the same about another girl.
