LOS ANGELES - Britney Spears has lost custody of her children, Access Hollywood has learned.

According to court documents obtained by Access, Kevin Federline will be granted custody of the couple’s two kids — Sean Preston and Jayden James — on Oct. 3.

Federline will retain custody “until further notice of the Court.”

LOS ANGELES -- A judge on Monday ordered Britney Spears to turn over custody of her two young sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline this week.

Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline will take custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, beginning Wednesday "until further order of the court."

According to TMZ.com, Gordon also ordered Spears to take parenting classes and undergo random drugs.

Yeah... I don't think Britney will now start promoting her new album... Family is first... and, as we could see in her performance in the VMAs, Britney is too vunerable... She needs to get focused in her life...
Maybe her album and her video will be out only in 2008... That's the best for her... Now, it's about to begin the pre-Xmas-sales wave with strong competition... and I think she already has too much pressure on her right now because of her private life...
If she gets back to business right now... it is going to be HELL to her... and she will only do mistakes...

I kind of agree. She has been given chance after chance after chance. Now she has to pay the price. I doubt she will ever get her kids back unless she gets clean and sober for a year or more. If she releases her album and goes out on the road in the condition she is in she will ruin herself more than what she is now.
