I remember a friend once told me that if they make you draw a house, always draw floor above the house and not a house in the air. If you have to draw a person always make eyes, mouth and etc. It's a psychological test.

That's a good idea, but try not to write down whole sentences. If you just recite answers you've memorized, it's gonna sound rehearsed and make you look unsure of yourself/your answers.
Writing down bullet points and memorizing them is helpful, though.
If you feel your answers will be too short, try to stretch them a little by adding additional facts and information. Also, always give reasons and/or examples. If they ask how you feel about interacting with customers, don't just say that you enjoy it, explain why (e.g. you're a friendly person, you like helping people etc).

Chick-Fil Hate does those.
I went before they had that fallout last year and to say I FLOPPED was an understatement.

If they balance, you know the heavier penny must be in the remaining three pennies. Take two pennies from this pack and put one of each side of the scale. If one side is heavier than the other, you know that's the heavier penny. If they balance out, the heavier penny must be the one remaining penny that you never put on the scale.
If they don't balance, you know the heavier penny must be one of the three pennies on the heavier side. Using those three pennies, do the same thing as above.

I need to remember it, in case I will get that question in the interview

Another answer to the penny question
Quote:
you dont have to use a scale once! you look at the pennys, one would have been minted after 1983 because after 1983 they made pennys with zinc and copper making it weigh more. If you wanted to check it you could take the one dated post-1983 and one pre-1983 weigh them and it'll prove it!

Make sure you have an answer prepared for "why do you want to work here?" Its a standard question and it can easily trip u up if ur not expectin it. As others have said, don't rehearse an answer word for word but instead plan out some points to hit.
Know ur resume/CV inside out. If ur asked to give examples of certain work skills (team working, leadership, time management etc) try go back to ur resume/CV if possible.
And for the ever so standard "what is your weakness?" have an answer that is actually a positive as well as a negative. U need to be able to have a positive spin on whatever you say, so don't answer with something like "I have a hard time communicating with others" because there is no silver lining to that. I say i'm a perfectionist. It's a good thing, but it can be seen as a bad thing at the same time in certain situations (working on multiple tasks and comin up to a deadline is usually such a time as being a perfectionist will more than likely have u spending most of that time on one task since u need it to be right).
If you can't think of a positive spin for whatever weakness u'll give, then do the next best thing and tell them about what ur doin to try and overcome said weakness (eg i'm shy and find it hard to talk to people, but i am tryin to overcome this by startin conversations more and engagin in small talk when acceptable so i can build my confidence)
Try maintain eye contact with ur interviewer. If it is multiple interviewers, focus on whoever asked the question but don't ignore the others while giving ur answer either. U said its a group interview, perhaps u should look at the other candidates while u speak but keep focus on your interviewer. Be aware of ur own body language in general. Sit up straight and remain relaxed, don't be too stiff. Avoid crossing ur legs and definitely do not cross ur arms.
As its a group interview as well, just be careful of group exercises. If there is any, remain a team player at all times. Unless u r specifically told ur the group leader, do not act like the leader. You may want to show off ur leadership skills and think its a good thing, but it'll also demonstrate some negative qualities and could display that you don't listen and may be difficult to work with. At the same time, don't sit back in silence and let the others take control. Make sure you get to do ur part.
Good luck!

Don't talk too fast, don't say like or um (if you do normally, try to limit it as much as possible), dress appropriately, look them in the eyes, when you shake the interviewer's hand, make sure it's with a firm grasp. Also, try to research on what the company is about before the interview so you can have some knowledge of what the is company is about because they might ask you questions about the company and if you don't know anything then you might not get hired.

Oh God I hate group interviews. I had one of those. I prefer one on one. I just don't like when everyone is looking at you while you are speaking to the boss.
But good luck anyway.

The basic do's of a job interview are:
- Always smile
- Maintain eye contact
- Relax and look comfortable
- When they ask you what your weakness is, say something. Never say "I don't have any"
- Turn your phone off
- Research the company you're applying for. Show them you know about it
- Always arrive 10-15 minutes early

The interviewer was asking me a ton of questions and I was doing fine. Then he threw this question at me:
"You have a scale and 9 pennies. One penny is 0.1 grams heavier than the others. How do you find the heavier penny only using the scale twice?"
I pretty much froze up and it took a few minutes of talking it out before I figured out the answer. I was NOT expecting a question like that. I was so sure it was going to look bad for me, but I actually got the job!"

The interviewer does this to see how fast you can think on your feet. I guess it shows them if your capable of handling a sudden situation that arises.

Group interviews are the worst. They are impossible to prepare for as its mostly random games and activites. I understand the purpose of them, but it made job-hunting for me 5x harder.

When they ask you where do you see yourself in 5 years, say you'll be doing their wife. This shows you have a sense of humour and are easy to work with.
In 5 years, do their wife. This shows you're determined and stick to your word.
