Ehh doesn't really bother me if they are in that kind of setting. Now if they are walking and looking at their phone w/o looking up, that's what annoys me.
If I'm out by myself, I'll carry my phone in my hand, but will only text if I'm stationary.
If I'm with friends, I lay my phone aside and will check it occasionally. I want to spend time with my friends, not spend time with my phone in the presence of my friends.
I think it's a bit unhealthy to be super attached to your cell phone 24/7.
Even when I know I don't have any messages, I check my phone periodically. Like I could be out with every single contact on my phone at once and I'd still check it
Ugh yes it's so annoying. And what is even more annoying is that I'm one of those people. I can't help it, I'll just sit there reloading the ATRL home page over and over.
It's annoying when you're speaking to someone about something important, and ESPECIALLY at school when you're with your teammates, and you kind of want to get things done and everyone is just on their phones.
I loathe when people spend too much time on their phones. I don't think you should be on your phone when you're eating or watching a movie. And when people feel the need to take pictures of everything they're doing to upload to instagram or whatever it's even worse
