I'm always tired throughout the day, and I need to know what vitamins I can take to get more energy.
Also, I'm anemic so that doesn't help. So far I'm thinking that I definitely need to take B12 and Iron for the lack of energy and anemia. I'm not sure. Any suggestions?
What vitamins do you take daily, how much, in what form and how does it help you?
I work for an "alternative medicine" store with a "Dr." who suggests vitamins for people to take, so I have quite a large selection of vitamins to choose from, but they're so expensive. Right now I'm taking a probiotic called Bio-Kult. I've tried Vitamin D3 and B12 before, but I could never really tell a difference.
One vitamin that our "Dr." suggests for everyone to take is Cod Liver Oil, and it's so gross, but thankfully we sell something else that isn't so fishy.

I want to try B12, but I'm not sure if it will make a difference or not.
What does cod liver oil do for you? Sounds disgusting lol.
I take One A Day Vitamins for men and I take some Fish Oil vitamins and they make me feel 100 times better throughout everyday as well as more happy and alert. If I don't take mine, I surely feel the effects.
