I have friends that work at McDonald's and other places and they say the food gets dropped on the floor all the time and is just put back on the frying pan. And the floor is nasty with cockroaches. Oh and they spit in your drink if you are rude to them.

Well, he shouldn't have joked around in the first place and posted it online. Simple as that, he deserved to be fired 100%. If you incite a riot against the company that you work for, they have every right to kick your ass to the curb. It's a job and you shouldn't act like little children while working. I hope this is a lesson to all young workers to not fvck around like this around food that might be served to other people.
