Nothing in When The Sun Goes Down sounds similar to Slow Down
If you threw Hit The Lights, Bang Bang Bang and Love You Like A Love Song in a pot and added a dubstep breakdown you get Slow Down. It's just another dance-pop song, something Selena's been doing for years now.
Love how Slow Down comes off as fresh without killing the appeal trying to be *~edgy~*, feelin her smooth, womanly vocals as well, no contest here for me.
Nothing wrong with playing it safe! Slow Down sticks to a winning formula and manages to hit it out of the park.
We Can't Stop might be a LITTLE less basic (I can't at some people acting like it's something seriously experimental ) in terms of production but that doesn't stop it from being a tryhard, cringeworthy mess that's embarrassing on almost all levels.

Sorry, I got confused with Dev's album "The Night the Sun Came Up" which was produced by The Cataracs just like Slow Down. I thought you were comparing Slow Down to something in Dev's album
