Miley has been writing for 2 years, MILEY has been writing with various producers etc but this has her fingerprints all over her, it is obvious to anyone who follows her that these are lyrics she wrote or had a serious hand in. Rihanna may influence her but she also doesn't have a monopoly of being a party girl.
I wish people would hold back on comparisons on ATRL, especially when it's just used to throw shade, there is no need for it, it's just to stir **** up.
