Yes. FYI, certain strains of HPV also cause genital warts. HPV infects epithelial (skin) cells which mean it commonly harbors on the surface of the vagina, anus, and the penis. As stated above, it affects a lot of people and many of them don't even know they have it because it doesn't show any signs or symptoms in most.
Basically, both men and women can contract HPV via sexual intercourse, oral sex, and anilingus.
