Organisers of the 2013 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix have announced that singing superstar Rihanna will headline their spectacular race day concert at the Marina Bay Street Circuit on Sunday, September 22.
The Barbados-born singer, who has sold over 41 million albums and 150 million digital tracks worldwide, will perform at Singapore’s biggest outdoor stage as part of her ‘2013 Diamonds World Tour’. Entry to the performance on the Padang stage is included with any three-day Grand Prix ticket or Sunday single-day Pit Grandstand special ticket.
As well as hosting Rihanna on race day and rock group The Killers post-qualifying on Saturday, for the first time, Singapore Grand Prix organisers will be extending the weekend festivities with a power-packed closing concert featuring another global superstar on Monday, September 23. The complete star-studded line-up for this separately-ticketed event will be unveiled shortly.
