I love it, but there's a hint of try-hardness that hasn't been as perceptible in most of her other videos.
I feel so badly for middle-aged white guy they stuffed in that astronaut suit? His strut through the house was so horribly awkward.

The "disgusting" fat guys are typical Ke$ha and one of the highlights of the video though, along with the fat lady having a party in the pool.
