I've been thinking about getting a tattoo, a Tree of Life kind of symbol which is supposed to remind me of strength and the course of life and I also thought whether I should get the word "Brave" tattooed underneath it.
"Brave" is a song by Leona Lewis and I have no doubt that her music will forever have meaning to me since she got me and still gets me through dark times.
However; I'm scared that someday, I might not want to listen to her music anymore since some of her songs already remind me of bad things I've been through, things I don't always want to be reminded of. "Brave" however has never had a bad meaning for me, it's always been an empowering and encouraging song to me. So I don't know what to do.

Does anyone here have a lyrics tattoo? And if yes, what made you get one?

Yeah but only if I was 104860384650% sure those lyrics were the ones I wanted to have on my body for the rest of my life, which is why it isn't something I'd consider until a lyric really strikes me on that level.

I cringe when people have basic-ass lyrics as tattoos. Like, people are entitled to have whatever they want tattooed on them as far as I care but have some originality
