If she is actually doing alright and this is an attempt to exploit an accident (and mistakes can happen during live performances, it's a risk that you take), then this is disgusting. Dis-gus-ting. Greed at its finest.

However if she is injured and has bills that need to be paid, then her attorney still didn't have to go to the press with this. Unnecessary and desperate.

If anything, there will only be a settlement for the medical bills and maybe a little extra, but that's it.
