I don't mean to sound as though I really care about this, and I know this is meant as a joke, but other users have used this 'quote' to say that she lied, and it just annoys me a teeny little bit.

Now, I know that's pretty much what you quoted, but I don't think she really was talking about 2012. More....the NEXT thing. You know, 'Im looking forward to doing this, and this', and if she answered the question starting with 'I'm looking forward to my new album' or 'I'm looking forward to putting out another album this year' then maybe it might be read differently.
