He's gonna end up killing someone or himself driving like that.
The fact that there is a chance he could take someone's life is scary. It doesn't matter if he kills himself over his own stupid decisions, but he has no right to take an innocent life by driving recklessly.

Like if he was speeding, how would anyone be able to tell that he "appeared high" through the tinted windows? And how did Keyshawn drop his kids off at home and still make it back to Justin's house before him, effectively "blocking" him in his driveway? Like what? I'll believe that Justin was speeding and driving recklessly, but some of the details of the story are just...

Plenty of cars have the driver's seat tinted. I see them all the time on the road, and not even on fancy cars like Justin's Ferrari. And I see you conveniently overlooked the rest of my comment. The tint of the windows is irrelevant. If he was speeding at 8pm at night, how did they know he was visibly stoned?
