Caspian is another character, from a different Narnia chronicle. I'm not sure, but seems like the story this time is about Caspian turning himself against his own people, that have taken the control of Narnia and banned all the magical animals/creatures. Then Caspian asks the 4 'children' from the first movie to help him save Narnia.
