A group of eight Israelis, including two soldiers on leave, arrive early to a Beyonce concert and manage to situate themselves at the front row • German members of the audience call them "dirty Jews."
German fans were not crazy in love with a group of Israelis who succeeded in seating themselves in the front row of a Beyonce show
Israelis attending a Beyonce concert in Berlin over the weekend were met with anti-Semitic chants from the audience.
The incident took place when a group of eight Israelis, including two soldiers on leave, arrived at Germany's O2 stadium for a Beyonce concert. The group managed to arrive early and succeeded in seating themselves in the first row, to the dismay of local German fans.
According to two Israelis in the group, the Germans yelled slurs at them and shoved them.
"They yelled 'dirty Jews' and 'go back to Israel,' and pushed us to the ground," one of the Israelis said. "At one point when they saw we did not want to leave [the front row] some 50 people began to chant, 'Go! Go!'"
inb4 somebody calling all Germans nazis because this happened in Germany.
Edit:
On topic though, this is really, really sad and embarassing. The worst part is, the people who were shouting that at the concert probably aren't even ashamed of it whatsoever.
boohoo who gives a f
and btw anti semitic crap was invented to stop anyone saying **** about israelis and there IS a difference between israelis and jews
I thought it was gonna be "Concert goers chant anti semitic slurs AT beyoncé"
But wow, this is so sad and I feel bad for those people that were so excited to see Beyoncé in front row, and their night was ruined by those ignorant fans
This is no better than the skinheads that still roam parts of the US, so let's not do too much on all Germans.
This is sick, however. Hopefully this can be made right by at least the eight people getting some sort of consolation in the form of something Beyonce-related.
Show me one german article about that allegedly incident
How did the know they were Jewish? Because of their noses? Because they chanted Hawanagila? Are you kidding me.
They might have heard them speaking in Hebrew among themselves, but wanting other sources apart from just one report is totally understandable. You can't believe everything you read online.
