update: we had to go for a half an hour drive together (well, he asked me, could have asked someone else...), he told me age is only a number even though he is 20 years older than me... then wanted to smoke in the car and "tell me a story" when we stopped but i said "let's smoke outside" and he is overly friendly... but i feel i dealt with it very well and nothing happened in this trip so i think i am safe
